Geminids 12-14-062316 viewsAs mentioned in the earlier photo, I had the WebCam set up to capture an image every minute. This is the second Geminid Meteor I captured. This one was in the early morning hours and the radiant had risen high in the sky and the metoer is going almost straight down in the middle of the image.

To start off the 2005 Rose Parade, there was a beautiful flyby of the B-2A Bomber, accompanied by an F-15E Strike Eagle and an F-16C Fighting Falcon. In this view, as they depart into the sun, the F-15E is on the left and the F-16C is on the right. They flew along the parade route from West to East.

This fourth photo gives you some perspective and an idea of how much this filled the sky. It was awesome. The Pasadena Courthouse and a large tree are visible in the foreground. Venus can still be seen about 10-15 degrees above the horizon.
